- When you use the website assistant: the questions you type and the answers shown, so we can improve the answers. Please do not type personal or financial details into the assistant.
- Website statistics: anonymous counts such as which pages are viewed and which buttons are pressed. These do not include your IP address, do not use cookies and cannot identify you.
Cookies
The public website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Staff who sign in to the administration area receive a security cookie that is needed to keep them signed in.
Who can see your data
Authorised company staff who handle enquiries. We do not sell your data or share it for marketing. Service providers that host our systems process data on our behalf under contract.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to respond and for our records, and are then deleted or anonymised. Assistant conversations are deleted after 180 days.
Your rights
